Our client had a small family and lived in a pent house along with their teenage daughter. Her heart was in singing and loved pinks and purples. We wanted her room to tell her story while ensuring it was not too loud. We customized the wall paper that housed an open bookshelf making it stylish without being opulent. The white stained four poster bed with drapes hanging added finesse to the design.
In this project one of the highlights was the effective utilization of an often ignored space - under the stairs. This area could make or break the design concept if it was not done right. We used this section to display artefacts collected over the years and also to store luggage, all under the same staircase. This space is a showcase of our belief that interior design needs to strike the perfect chord between functionality and art.
