An initial meet at the project site is arranged in the presence of potential client to fully understand their lifestyle, tastes, perspective and visualisation. Once we identify the client’s requirements through a comprehensive interaction that highlights the project outlines, the suggested themes, and budget availability. Our expert team then evaluates the preliminary costs and time considerations and discusses the feasibility of executing the project. Then a written proposal is sent to the client with all the parameters illustrated.
In the next stage of the process, a detailed survey is made of the premises and a layout is created. Based on this report and the previous client conversations, the theme and the concept are finalized, which include space planning, structural modifications, window treatment, colour scheme, furniture design and positioning, lighting design, fabrics and finishes in the other nuances.
Based on our concept, a detailed 2D design is created and submitted to the client with appropriate specifications. After the approval of the same, along with additional recommendations (if any), a final 3D design is submitted. At this stage a realistic budgetary estimate is given and costs are finalised. Samples of materials to be employed are shown to the client and upon endorsement, the project consummation is commenced.
As part of the work-in-progress, we organise the procurement of raw materials, and personnel resources, such as the site engineer and the labour required to proceed with a systematic work plan ensuring quality and speedy progress.
With continuous updates to the client, we deliver the completed work within the committed time span. Once the project is executed, the finished premises is handed over to the client.
